As the name points out this approach focuses on the solution by focusing on strengths and resources rather than deficits and problems. This method is collaborative and empowers the client to see themself as the expert in their own lives and my role is helping facilitate change and insight by asking specific questions.Change happens through small steps. “This model helps you envision what your goals are, what would be different in your life if these goals were achieved, and how well things could go for you if your challenges vanished or are coped with better. This approach helps you identify positive changes for your life and assists with helping you carry forward your vision and related action steps for a more desirable future
